We’re looking for a grounded, kind, and clean housemate to join our creative, easygoing home in Port Morris.
About the Home:
This is a three-story townhouse with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room, a spacious kitchen (with a dishwasher!), and both a backyard and deck for summer lounging. Washer and dryer are in-house. It’s a peaceful spot, perfect for someone who values a quiet, beautiful space to come home to.
The Room:
• On the top (second) floor
• Large window with great light, overlooking the backyard
• Big closet and hardwood floors
• Unfurnished, ready for your style
• Shares bathroom with just one other woman (she/her)
Location Highlights:
We’re in the Port Morris section of the South Bronx, just a 10-minute subway ride into Manhattan (6 train at Cypress Ave). Randall’s Island is a short walk away—great for running, biking, or grounding in nature. There’s easy street parking, and the area has a growing artist scene with cool local bars and studios.
The Vibe:
We’re a house of independent adults—currently one woman and two men all in their 30s-40s working in the arts and hospitality . The energy is calm, respectful, and clean. We’re seeking a fourth who aligns—ideally a woman—to balance the house. Someone who works outside the home, pays rent on time, values communication, and contributes to keeping our space beautiful and peaceful.
Rent & Utilities:
• $1200/month
• Utilities separate, shared evenly (avg. $150–$200/month per person, varies by season)

We’re a laid-back, clean, and friendly group who value a calm and respectful home environment, and we’re looking for someone who shares that vibe!
