We are a couple of academics who keep very good care of our home, and are looking for a person or a couple that are also clean, respectful, and quiet, who will be also taking care of the apartment.

Rental requirements
Looking to sublet for the whole duration or as long as possible.
Whole duration June 24th - August 15th = $8000
The tenants would pay $1000 upon arrival, $4000 on July 1st and $3000 on August 1st and the security deposit is $1500.
If rented for less than the whole duration the prize per week is $1200
Pets Policy
Dogs are allowed for a $150 cleaning fee.
