We’re subletting our cozy one-bedroom apartment in Midwood, Brooklyn while we’re out of town. The apartment is located in a quiet, green neighborhood with family houses. — a peaceful escape from the city buzz.

This is our home, so it’s fully furnished and well-equipped, with hardwood floors, very high ceilings, and lots of natural light throughout the day. It's on the top floor of a walk-up building (no elevator), and includes a king-size bed, bathtub, and two window AC units (installed after the photos were taken). There’s also a laundry room in the building’s basement.

The Q train is just a short walk away — it gets you to Downtown Manhattan in 35 minutes, or to Coney Island beach in 15. Perfect for morning jogs, sunset walks, or weekend swims.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
