This is a furnished room in a lovely 2bdrm I share with my friend and flatmate.

We moved in March, so the place still feels quite new. Unfortunately, I've gotten work in the UK that will take me there for the majority of the next 7 months and I am looking for someone to take over the room.

The room contains a brand new queen-sized mattress and bedframe, books, plants, and art. All clothes and personal effects will be cleared out.

The room is light-filled and quiet on the second floor of a 2-unit building. Kitchen amenities are new, heating/AC/hot water/internet all excellent. <5 minute walk to the M Forest Ave stop, 10-15 min walk to the L. Right next to a dozen very cute cafes, bookstores, record stores, clothing shops, restaurants, and more.

My flatmate will be there, he is a very easygoing and friendly person, an excellent cook, and works in music and nightlife, so he will probably be out in the evenings and sleep late most mornings.

I'm looking to cover my portion of the rent ($1600/mo proportionally divided for the duration of the stay, all utilities included).

I would be open to shorter stays within the timeframe, but ideally no shorter than 1 month.
