Hi there! I've been the tenant for the last 2 years. I will be traveling starting in July for 2-3 months and would like to find someone for the entire time if possible. I recently found someone to sublease my place for February via Listings Project so am familiar with the process. I work at a startup by day and sound healer on the weekends. I love my spot and the calm oasis I've created just off the main street in Prospect Heights. There's 8 units total in the building and we largely keep to ourselves. I do not know the landlord directly.
