Looking for a roommate to take over our primary bedroom in our sweet 3 bedroom Highland Park home available June 15th. Room has own ensuite bathroom (massive shower!) and walk in closet. Rent is $1950 plus utilities. Some context - the other two rooms are much smaller and share a bathroom, but we still pay a similar price to make it work to stay here, so there's no price gouging, just unfortunately LA housing prices. But the house has perks!

- Driveway parking and street parking (no street sweeping) that's tucked away in a shaded area
- Huge garage for storing items
- Big bright and spacious common spaces like porch, kitchen, family room and dining room to hang out
- Front and back yard with fruit trees
- Walking distance to all the best spots at Figueroa street, the metro, and just a little farther walking distance to York Street
- Laundry in house and other updates appliances

Roommates are two women in their late 30's and 40's who are ambiverts. We treat home as a respite from the highways of LA and appreciate the parrots, pups, kiddos, and family who live on our block and in the HP neighborhood. One roommate will be moving out in September and the other (me! The main lease holder) will be gone much of the summer so you'll have a lot of space to yourself.
