We’re a family of 3 headed to the east coast for a couple months. Looking for respectful, considerate folks to sublet our home while we’re away. It’s a 3-story house in the heart of bustling Phinney Ridge neighborhood. An easy walk to numerous cafes, shops and restaurants and a 10-minute drive or easy bus ride downtown. The top floor has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other we have set-up as a nursery or kids bedroom. The main floor has two living rooms, dining room, the bathroom and a chefs kitchen. Downstairs is laundry, storage and a spare guest room and work area. There's also a hot tub on the side deck!

Preference is for someone to stay for the duration but open to shorter stays.
