Neighborhood: Lots of trendy bars, restaurants, and stores in the area! A brief walk along Regent's canal gets you to London Fields and Broadway Market. Lots of parks in the area, great places to hang out in the afternoon or weekend! Will provide a more detailed list of recommendations to the subletter!

Accessibility: 2 story walkup with stairs to a mezzanine bedroom inside the unit - not recommended for those with mobility access requirements.

Storage: Hangers provided and closet space in the wardrobe for clothes. The entryway in the unit has space for a bike.

Transport: 3-minute walk to the overground line that connects to great transport links. Frequent buses, including the night bus stop on our block. 15 minutes walking distance to Shoreditch High Street. Great walking route along Regents Canal in either direction!

Future Availability: We are also looking for someone to stay in mid-late August, early September and Christmas/New Years!

About This Lister

We're an international couple living and working in London (Sarah is from the US and Ben is from Scotland) and met while both attending RISD. We run a boutique design studio with a focus on emerging technologies.

We have been tenants in this flat since 2021. We are currently traveling and want to make our space available to others who are on the go as well!

Rental requirements

Upfront payment in full is required. Open to proposals for different dates within the range, but ideally hoping to cover the full period. Shorter-term stays may increase the rate proportionately.

We will require an additional security deposit of $750 to cover any potential liabilities, this deposit will be returned to you after your stay assured that no damages or losses were incurred.

We will provide a brief agreement to be signed by both parties.

A letter of recommendation is helpful.
