My space is a well-loved and maintained fourth floor walk-up in a prewar building in the vibrant neighborhood of Greenpoint. It's just around the corner from the subway and in walking proximity to a bevy of parks, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. It's only a 10-minute walk from the ferry. This apartment is an absolute dream and is perfect for exploring NYC while being able to get a quiet night's sleep.

Kitchen: fully equipped with everything you need and stainless-steel appliances, including dishwasher. Bathroom: full tub and plenty of storage space. Bedrooms: one extremely large bedroom and one small bedroom with a twin bed and a desk. All closets will be emptied out prior to your arrival. NOTE: NO LAUNDRY. There is a laundromat nearby and several wash-and-fold services in the neighborhood. Wi-fi is high-speed (I work remote so you will be able to as well).

G train can take you up to Long Island city or down through Brooklyn, but you can also transfer to any number of trains and be in Manhattan in 20-30 minutes---but honestly, the nightlife in the summer in Brooklyn is wonderful on its own.
