Located On Carlton (between Prospect and St. Marks, near Gertrude's), it is in the best location in NYC. Every train is a short walk. CitiBike station on our block. Multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and other conveniences in walking distance.

Additional notes:
We could provide linens if you like, or we can clear them out to make room for yours.
We don’t have cable, but we have an Apple TV / smart TV setup.
No washer/dryer, but there's a convenient laundromat around the corner, and they offer free pickup/dropoff.
Receiving mail/packages is generally no problem - we have not had many issues.

We are a couple who have been living here for over 5 years. Both of us work from home in the apartment. We love the apartment and our neighborhood.

We have a cute dog who sheds a lot. We will clean as much as we can, but if you have a dog allergy, that should be a consideration.
