This is my personal 1 bed, 1 bath, small kitchen, living and dining room bungalow house I have been living in for a year.

There is street parking but I do not drive so it is perfect for anyone who would like to utilize the train and buses which are very very close by! You may also borrow my bike. Again, everyone street parks around here so that is very doable as well.

Shares 1 wall with another bungalow (very nice lady), a large courtyard full of plants, super calm, but close to plenty of nightlife, coffee shops, groceries and restaurants. If you are new to the area I'd be more than happy to give you my personal list.

Wifi, gas, pretty powerful AC unit in living room (also in a super shaded area which weirdly helps a ton with the temp), lots of cooking supplies. Laundry onsite across the court yard. Windows on 3 sides of the place so lots of natural light.

Would need to be okay with meeting me via Facetime or in person!

I can also be flexible with the dates by a few days.

There is a landlord who is pretty much never here and can be hard to get ahold of, so I would like everything to go through me, though I am friends with my great neighbor who could help with anything. Utilities included. One small flight of stairs to get into the court yard and I am the first door.

I don't have many belongings at all as I am about to move so you would have plenty of closet space - though it is fully furnished with furniture, TV (Netflix, Max, Amazon), bed, tables, cookware, blankets, etc.
