Caretaker/Property Manager

Seeking a property manager to manage and maintain my property in Accord, NY. The property consists of two cottages on an acre of land. I'm an artist living in NYC who travels for work and I'm looking to hand over the responsibilities of running the houses.
This would look like:
- Managing short term rentals.
- Scheduling lawn services, exterminator services, etc.
- Identifying and communicating with local handymen to handle small repairs.
- The ability to be on call for any on site emergencies.
- Scheduling and working with contractors.
In addition to rentals, I run a small artist residency program at the space.
I would like someone who lives close by and is familiar with the area. Someone who is upbeat and friendly, who is a self starter, and has knowledge of living in and handling older homes.
I would like to pay a flat monthly fee, or commission percentage. I'm open to hearing and discussing rates. I will be available to meet in person the week of June 23rd.
About Us
I am an artist who lives and NYC. I have owned and managed a property in upstate New York for the past few years. But I'm busy with my art practice! So I am currently seeking to offload the property to someone responsible and capable.
