My large studio apartment (should be a one bedroom but my landlord knocked down the wall) is available for the summer. Flexible dates (weekly or monthly) - also available for longer if needed past the dates listed. My address is Central Park West so I am right across the street from Central Park, great for a relaxing stay.
The space itself it on the first floor but as I'm on the park, sound is never an issue - very quiet and calm and feels like an oasis in the midst of a large city. I have a standing desk, full kitchen, couch, dishwasher, Wi-Fi included! I have a few plants that need watered once a week as well!
The building has a 24/7 doorman, gym in the basement and laundry in the basement as well. The neighborhoos has Central park on one side of the street and Whole foods across the other side of the street. Cross roads are 100th / Central Park West.
About This Lister
I am a graduate student at Columbia in Linguistics and work at a language company! I am the tenant of this space and looking for someone to rent out before the fall semester starts. I live onsite but am often traveling, I will be the one showing you the place and exchanging keys with you!

$500 deposit (if staying for under a month)
50% deposit (if staying for a month +)
Utilities not inlcuded, will be taken out of deposit before returning at the end of the stay.
Please reach out and I can be flexible on dates offered! I will want to Facetime before subletting my place and have a lease agreement to sign.
As with most building management companies in NYC, my building doesn’t like subleaser without going through an expensive application process but my landlord him self is ok with it - so as long as you are ok with telling my doorman when they see you that you are a friend visiting then there is no issues!
Security deposit paid upon signing, if under one month - 100% upfront when we exhange the keys in person, if over a month - one month upfront and next month paid at the start of the next month.
