Charming detached studio casita with A/C, a full bathroom, kitchenette, and a private fenced patio. I've lived here for a year now and I love it! Looking for someone to sublet while I am visiting friends and family on the East Coast.

The kitchenette counter has bar stools where I like to work when I'm not writing on the sofa or from the hammock outside. Wifi, TV with streaming, A/C. The kitchenette has ample food storage, a mid-sized fridge, two hot plates, an air fryer, and a microwave.

I'm located behind a 2-bedroom house occupied by a friendly couple (30s) and their Aussiedoodle. Coded gate entry.
