Partial summer sublet (available July 18 – September 7) for a furnished third-floor apartment close to many wonderful parks, restaurants, and bars, in the heart of Brooklyn Heights. Walking distance to Trader Joes and a handful of trains.

One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other room we use as an office/guest room with a standing desk and pull-out couch (it's very comfortable). Washer, dryer, and dishwasher in unit. Fully stocked kitchen, TV with Roku, AC unit in main bedroom, and AC unit in the kitchen/living area.

We have a great relationship with the other two tenants in the building, so it's important that we find someone (up to 2 people, no pets) respectful and easy-going. Bonus if you enjoy plants and wouldn't mind watering ours during your stay!

We are flexible on exact start and end dates and can pro-rate days, but our preference is to find someone for a longer duration (3 weeks minimum)

Recently married couple in our early 30s (both designers) and have been living and working in NYC for 8 and 12 years.

We travel to the midwest every summer to visit our families and wanted to open our apartment for someone else to enjoy while we're away. Walking down to the piers at sunset to grill is our favorite summer activity in the neighborhood.
