My home is a small Spanish bungalow situated on 2 lots, with several decks and patios, and filled with native plants. Though small (650 square feet), it's very light and airy. There is one bedroom and an office space that has a comfortable fold-out couch. My remodeled kitchen is delightful for cooking and fully stocked with appliances and tools. My house is fully furnished because i'm only going to be gone for three months and I live here!

There is a private garage on the street, and 27 steps to the front door.

Mount Washington has a rural feel because of the hills, the greenery and the friendly neighbors, but my house is a 5 minute walk to a metro station, and about a 20 minute walk to the vibrant Highland Park scene. A short drive will get you to Eagle Rock, Pasadena, South Pasadena, Atwater, Elysian Valley and Echo Park.
