Welcome to my two bedroom one bath tiny cabin. The house was built in 1929 and has been updated with all new appliances, solar panels and eclectic art everywhere. Nestled in the kirkwood bowl of Laurel Canyon, you will be 5 minutes from Hollywood and 10 minutes from studio city. Home comes with one parking space, hot tub, one full bathroom, washer dryer, electric fireplace, a/c, amazing kitchen and a sweet porch for morning coffee and night time dining and an upper deck with hot tub and couches to lounge on. Open all the windows and hear the waterfall located outside the kitchen. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. House sleeps 5 if you include the large sectional couch:)
