I am subletting my charming little Echo Park 1 Bedroom while I am away for work. It is 3 blocks away from Echo Park Lake and blocks away from everything else Echo Park has to offer. Canyon Coffee, Honey Hi, Lassen's, countless bars and cafe's, bookstores, everything you could want! The unit is part of a duplex and my neighbor is very relaxed.
I am sort of flexible with the dates, so if these listed dates don't perfectly align just let me know!

Rental requirements
Half of the rent is required as a deposit at signing and the other half at move in. I will draft a simple sublease agreement for both our sake's. Please treat the space as your own!
Pets Policy
Dogs are potentially allowed, though my neighbor does have a dog that uses our shared yard. We can discuss this more!
