Fully furnished one bedroom little oasis in Echo Park with a private gated yard and private entrance. Just a few blocks from the Echo Park strip with lots of great restaurants, vintage stores, good coffee shops etc. It's also super easy to get around LA from here as its right off the 101 and close to the 5, so very convenient!
The house has lots of books and art, and it's a little getaway I call home. The yard is a really nice place to sit and drink coffee in the morning, or hang with your dog (pets allowed on case by case basis)
This apartment is one of three in a large house that's been converted into a triplex. Laundry is available on site - shared with other tenants of the house. There is only street parking, but it's usually easy to find.

Preference will be made for people who want the place for the whole time, but can be broken up in 2 week minimums. I would just add a small cleaning fee. In order to rent, would need 50% deposit to hold and 50% upon move in date.
