Cosy, spacious, old but renovated, charismatic Berlin apartment based in a cute neighbourhood of Prenzlauer Berg on a lovely street with friendly neighbours, many cafes, restaurants and shops around, close to the city centre and a short walk to the running track and the park. There are several supermarkets around and local trains and tram are 5min walk away.

The apartment is on the first floor, above a jazz vinyl listening bar. There is a balcony onto the small street, you can hear the bar vibes most evenings as it is open 6:30pm to 1am but it is pleasant and part of the community that loves music and culture. Inside the flat with windows closed you can barely hear the music. No noise complaints please.

I am looking to sublet my apartment for two months during late summer, because I am traveling to London and looking for a single person or a couple who would love to spend some time in Berlin and experience the true vibe of living here.
