Hi! I’m the current tenant of this lovely apartment and will be looking for an urgent lease takeover from June through October. My cousin is moving to the city and I am looking to move in with her! I’ve truly loved living here—it’s quiet, filled with natural light, and incredibly convenient with in-unit laundry and rent-stabilization (a rare find!).

I’m looking for someone responsible, clean, and respectful to enjoy the space as much as I have. The building management is professional and responsive, and they’ll be reviewing applications to make the lease renewal process as smooth as possible if you choose to stay longer.
