Lovely, sunny, one-bedroom in the heart of Crown Heights! This apartment has everything you need for a wonderful summer in Brooklyn. The building is right near to two main streets in Crown Heights. It is on Nostrand Ave. around the corner from fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, groccery stores, great bars and the A/C train stop. Additionally, the apartment is stocked with an air fryer, electric kettle, vaccum, television and tons of books!

There is no washer/dryer in the building, but the wonderful laundromat I use for a fluff/fold service is down the block.

There is strong WIFI, an in-window A/C unit as well as a backup unit.

Prospect Park, The Brooklyn Museum, The Brooklyn Botanical Garden are all within walking or biking distance from here and there is a city bike dock right down the block.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the building.
