Our neighborhood is a cultural and natural oasis. You’ll be right next to Prospect Park (with its lake and walking paths), Flatbush, and the vibrant Cortelyou Road corridor. Within a 5- to 10-minute walk, you’ll find quality supermarkets, organic markets, pharmacies, bookshops, cafés, bars, and authentic restaurants.

🚴🏽‍♂️ Four CitiBike stations are nearby, and the B/Q subway lines are just a three-minute walk—Manhattan is only minutes away.

A typical weekday might start with a morning run in the park, a quick Q train ride to Manhattan or downtown Brooklyn, and end with drinks on the terrace. On weekends, you could stroll to the Grand Army Plaza Farmers’ Market, browse the Brooklyn Public Library, and catch a film at the dine-in Nitehawk Theater—all within a 20-minute walk.

If you’re interested, please reach out with a bit about yourself, and we can set up an in-person or video-call meeting.

About This Lister

We’re a couple—an artist/social entrepreneur and a strategic designer—with a one-year-old baby. We’ve lived here for over two years, and although we’d love to stay this summer, we’ll be visiting family. We’re looking for considerate guests to enjoy our space while we’re away. We value our neighbors, our plants, and our home, and hope our subletter will feel the same way.
