Subletting my studio in a brand new, super quiet building right on the border of Crown & Prospect Heights.

-nice sized patio that could fit a small eating table

-nice size bathroom
-very quiet and respectful neighbors

JUNE 1ST - OCT 31ST
This would be an official sublet, through the end of my lease. At that point you can easily start a lease if you'd like to stay longer term.The management company is very responsive and helpful.

A couple of blocks from the 4/5 and 2/3 trains, it's 30 minutes to get into lower manhattan. It's basically across the street from the Brooklyn Museum and Botanic Gardens and a 10 minute stroll to Prospect Park. There's a ton of great food and shops right in a few blocks radius, and people are generally down to earth around here.

I do laundry two blocks away and it's very clean and easy. I also have a car and never have trouble finding parking.

-Bed + Mattress (both <1.5 yr old)
-Couch
-Ikea Closet/Armoir
-Bookshelf
-OR I can sell and leave empty for you
-OR you can buy if you like these things for long term.
