I will be leaving for 3ish weeks in July and am looking for someone to enjoy the west LA beach life during prime summer weeks. The unit is about 750 sq feet and is fully set up for you to stay without a hitch. Shared washer/dryer in building, dishwasher in unit.

Looking to sublet the space to someone clean, organized and respectful who will treat this place as a haven during your stay, and not abuse the space or throw parties.

35 year old m professional that takes great care of my place and treat it with respect. I'm very organized and clean. I am a current tenant of my place and will be subleasing. I spend a ton of the time at the beach, and am very social, although don't have people over to my place very often, other than my girlfriend. I also work from home so there is a desk and monitor set up in the living room. I will be the one showing the apartment and am the contact person. I have a good relationship with all neighbors in the building and the property manager.
