My petite, one-bedroom apartment is nestled on a quiet, tree-lined street a ten-minute walk from downtown Culver City.

It is fully and thoughtfully furnished, and features an eat-in kitchen with a vintage O'Keefe & Merritt stove and dishwasher. I have a gated front yard and a back garden blooming with fragrant star jasmine. There is free on-site laundry and abundant free street parking.

The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil, but vibrant downtown Culver or the Baldwin Hills trails are accessible via a 10-minute walk. Venice and the beaches are about 15 minutes by car.

My space gets bathed in beautiful afternoon light. It's the perfect summer hideaway and conveniently located to explore many different LA neighborhoods. I absolutely adore this apartment and would love for someone to experience its gentle magic in my absence.

I absolutely love this special space. I love hosting friends for dinner in my back garden, or meandering the shops in the Platform. The neighborhood has incredible access to the trails throughout Baldwin Hills and Kenneth Hahn Park, which is perfect as I enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors.
