My charming, sunlit apartment in a classic Haussmannian building will be available from July 1 through end of August (flexible dates). Located in the 20th arrondissement (metro Gambetta), it’s surrounded by cafés, bakeries (one right in the building!), parks, and shops.
It's a 4-room apartment, fully furnished with a comfortable living area (sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen, and quiet bedroom with a double bed (very comfortable new mattress!), walk-in closet, and a small studio—great for work.
It comes with all the Parisian charm—high ceilings, big sunny windows, hardwood floors, and a fireplace for that extra vibe. Dishwasher and washing machine are in the apartment. High-speed Wi-Fi and all utilities are included.
