Hey there! My roommate is looking to sublet his fully furnished room in our lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment for the month of June, with the possibility to extend. He’s moving in with his partner, so we’re hoping to find someone great to take over his space.

The apartment is in Greenpoint, just two blocks from McCarren Park – a perfect spot for summer! The available room is spacious and comes with a modern, private en-suite bathroom. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a super convenient laundromat just around the corner. Bonus: we have a charming little backyard that’s perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

Location-wise, you can’t beat it. We're a short walk from the Nassau Av subway station, close to all the best cafes, restaurants, and bars in the area, and just a stroll away from Williamsburg. There are also plenty of bus stops nearby, so getting around is easy. I’m always happy to share my favorite neighborhood spots!
