I also have a sound machine in the bedroom for light sleepers (like myself). Working Desk/eating nook in the living room plus a reading nook in the bedroom have since been added well. It’s really just a perfect and comfortable sanctuary.

The apartment is in a GREAT location:
6 min walk from C train Clinton Washington
15 from the Clinton G train and 20 from the Barclays center.
Prospect and Fort Greene Park are both a walking distance away.
