Sunny and fully furnished one bedroom in prime Greenpoint location. Spacious living room, eat in kitchen fully stocked with all the amenities, a bedroom that's half the apartment which includes a workspace you're welcome to use. You'll be right on Greenpoint Ave with the G train on the corner. An even better commute option is the NYC ferry which is only three blocks away. I've lived in this apartment for the past 13 years and have really fallen in love with the area. The neighborhood is a real charmer.

About This Lister
I am a freelance graphic artist living in the Greenpoint area for over 15 years. I've been traveling back and forth from here and Portugal since 2017 and am headed back that way this July for work. I'm excited to find someone who's the right fit and wants to enjoy the apartment and all NYC has to offer.

Looking for someone to stay the entire four months with possible extension!
$3,150 a month all bills included. Security deposit of $1000 and one month's rent upfront at least a week before move in date. To be payed on the first for every following month.
Copy of driver's license or passport, other official picture ID
Please keep this apartment clean and be respectful to neighbors
