Looking for a subletter for my apartment. I am moving back East, so this will not be furnished.

Apartment is in (imo) the best neighborhood in LA. Ocean Park is completely walkable, has a very lovely community feel and a very legit Main Street with lots of restaurants, clothing stores, bars and the like. No need to drive anywhere once you're here. You can get anything you need by walking (including Trader Joes and Target about a 10 minute walk away).

The apartment is in a small complex with about 9 other units. It is off to the side, so only shares one wall with neighbors. There are some steps to get to the apt and no elevator.

The Deets:
1 bed/1 bathroom
Completely brand new (minus the 6 months I've been here) Washer + Dryer, Stove, Washing Machine + Microwave.
All gut renovated (for real)
Really lovely shower situation
Dog/Cat friendly
Really nice neighbors!
Insane sunset view every night

The Area:
As I mentioned above, Ocean Park is truly the best. No need for a car once you're here. The apt is two blocks to the beach and three blocks from Hotchkiss Park - a very lovely park where lots of dogs hang out.

Utilities:
Everthing is electric - thus far the max has been 35/month
Internet - I use spectrum and it is 45 a month and works great

I'm Eliza. Moving back to NYC, where I am from and looking to have someone take over my lovely home. It's been great living here and if I weren't leaving the state, I would be staying here indefinitely.

I live onsite (obviously), so I am able to show. The landlord has given me permission to find a subletter so we are set on that as well.

Guarantors are accepted.

As I mentioned, this will be for the remainder of my lease. My rent includes concessions, so it is cheaper than it would be were you to re-sign. However, you can certainly discuss doing that with Mgmt.
