With work I unfortunately won't be living in my home for the winter season and hate to see it empty. Peaks Island is a close knit year-round community that is a 20 min ferry from Portland, ME.

The cottage is winterized, on an acre of land, 7 min walk to the water on either side. 2 bedroom + laundry + furnished.

This is NOT off the grid. There is wifi, the island has amenities. It is quiet and peaceful.

Open to someone who would like the home for the entire duration or shorter.
