Hi!
I have a beautiful guest house, with it's own beautiful stream access and yard.
The house has a bedroom, livingroom, office (which could be another small bedroom), full bath and kitchen.
Animals are welcome (assuming they are well behaved).
We are a 15 minute drive from the Hudson Amtrak station to NYC.
It is possible to get lyft/taxi rides into town but I would strongly recommend having a car.
Close to a lakes for swimming, a few ski mountains in the winter, beautiful hikes, farm stores, breweries, and all the goodies upstate has to offer. Also about 20min from Great Barrington.
I live on the property in a separate house.
Sadly the house may not be a good fit for someone with a wheelchair as there are steps up to the house from the driveway.

Utilities not included but the house is heated with electric (much more stable than oil).
