It's a pre-war building, 5 floor walk-up, no elevator, no washer, no dryer, but the Laundromat is just few minutes walk.
Home office: high-speed internet included, and there's a work studio room and a living room. Lots of cafe with wifi nearby as well.
Make yourself home: You can use all the kitchen utensils, cookwares and condiments, feel free to have anything in the fridge (I will provide a care package of some beverages and organic food). There's a projector in the bedroom that you can use.
Looking for clean, kind, and responsible subletter because this is really my sweet home and I've collected a lot of precious cute, one-of-a-kind things from all over the world. It's best suited for one person since it's not very spacious, but couples are welcome too. No smoking, no pets.
