Large kitchen, living area, dining area and large desk downstairs. House has a washer/dryer and off-street parking for two cars. About a 15 min walk to local public transit.

Linens for beds can be provided for short leases, or removed for longer term rentals. Limited storage, but shared use of shed has room for 1-2 bikes and some gear. House is best suited for 1-2 people.

Rent is $2300/month + utilities, or $2600 with all utilities included. Includes exclusive access to the 2-bedroom house, with shared use of shed in the backyard.
