I'm renting out a small cottage/casita on my property. This is a cozy furnished unit that has all you need for a short stay including: separate bathroom, fridge, kitchen, utensils, heater and air conditioning. Only thing it does not have is laundry. You will have a separate entrance with a smart lock.

Windsor Hills/ View Park is a quiet and beautiful neighborhood on the near south side that's adjacent to Baldwin Hills. It has easy access to the metro system (K-line) that comes from the airport.
