You'll have your own entrance, front yard, and parking space, plus a generous living area with AC, heat, and WiFi. The separate kitchen is equipped with appliances, cookware, and a dining table. In the back, you’ll find a large closet, ample storage, and a bathroom with a full tub.

There's plenty to reach by foot, including MillCross Coffee, Copenhagen Bakery, Uzumaki Sushi, a pilates boutique, Tellefson Park, and the Culver City Pool. Downtown Culver City is a 5 minute drive with more restuarants, shops, and night life.

The studio is the front unit in a duplex - we live in the back with our friendly cattle dog Leo and two cats.

Hi! We're Sasha and Daniel - an attorney and a producer who’ve called LA home for the past six years. We recently moved into our first house here in Culver City and love the neighborhood.
