I am renting out my 1 bedroom apartment on a quiet street in Paris's 11eme arrondissement. There is one big bedroom with a queen size bed, a closet, desk and a bookcase, and a living room with a large open kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped with a stove, oven, and clothes-washing machine. The sofa folds out to a very comfortable full-size bed.
The apartment is in a walk-up building, but only one flight of stairs. The building is well maintained and clean. The street is quiet but close to many cafes and restaurants. Père Lachaise is a 10-15 minute walk, and the Marais is approximately 30 minutes walking. The closest metros are the Charonne and Voltaire stops on line 9.

Rental requirements
Payment can be made through paypal, wise, cash or bank transfer. I will ask that the rent be paid in full by the time I give you the keys.
I would like to rent to someone who is willing to leave the apartment tidy and clean when they leave.
I am also open to a housing swap with NYC, in particular July 3-July 12.
