I would like to sublet my 600 square feet one bedroom apartment with a twin bed in Harlem.

It’s located two blocks away from W116th x Frederic Douglas and the subway stations (B + C). Walkable to Columbia University. Groceries and many cafes/restaurants nearby.

My unit is on the second floor in a walk-up apartment. No laundry in the building but there are a few laundromats nearby. Utilities and wifi included in the rent. No pets allowed.

Check-out time on July 31 is 12:00pm (noon).

About myself: I am an associate professor of art history at a university in NYC. I will be going back to Japan with my daughter for the month of July.

Security deposit of $500 to secure the apartment, and the rest should be transferred a week before the beginning of the sublet. Government-issued ID and signing of an agreement required.
