• One block from the 2/3 and R, a 8-10 min walk from the 4/5 AC and F
• Bonus: tons of celeb citings in our area 👀
Important to know: I have a special needs rescue Chihuahua (pictured) who is very sweet once she warms up. You’ll need to genuinely like dogs and be patient at first! Bonus if you have a small dog yourself. She likes other small dogs.
Looking for a responsible, kind roommate open to a 12-month lease.
If this feels like a good fit, I’d love to hear a little about you!
About me:
• 40 with a young spirit
• Love art, museums, nature, dogs, and I also have a side Tarot and Astrology business ✨
• Creative director working in advertising design for Colgate with a hybrid schedule (in office Tuesday through Thursday).
• I’m 10 years sober but love a welcoming, lively home: it’s totally fine if you drink and I love to host get togethers but the “after party” should go elsewhere
• I’m a bit of a night owl and fairly introverted, open to becoming friends but also totally respectful of separate lives and routines.
Current tenant of 6 years
1 year lease, management company will ask for financial fitness documentation. 1 month rent security deposit.
I have a small special needs senior chihuahua, she gets along with other small dogs and woukd love a friend. Larger dogs wouldn’t work well in the space or with the stairs. No cats (I love them but am wildly allergic).
