You’ll be sharing the apartment with Lilly (28) and her charming cat, Winston. The home features a large shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a generously sized bathroom with a full tub—perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Located on the third floor of a quiet walk-up, the building is peaceful and welcoming. Ideal for someone who enjoys a calm home environment and prefers to keep the party outside.

Rent + Utilities: Utilities average around $100/month per person and are split evenly.

Location: Just a 5-minute walk to the R train at 77th Street, making commuting a breeze.

Neighborhood perks: Bay Ridge has a ton to offer—restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and bars are all just a block or two away.

Move-in date is May 15, but there’s flexibility to accommodate an earlier start for the right fit. This would be a two month lease until July 15th, at that time if it's a good fit you'll be offered a full year lease with a slight rent increase (apartment is rent stabilized so it won't be much).
