I’m subletting my cozy, furnished room in Bed-Stuy from June 1st to July 15th. My dates can be somewhat flexible depending on your needs. It’s a five minute walk to the Kingston-Throop C train and close to lots of shops in the neighborhood.

This is for one room in a two bedroom apartment in a third floor walkup. You’ll be sharing the apartment with my roommate, a writer who works from home. We both do most of our socializing outside the apartment and like to keep the atmosphere at home pretty calm and relaxed.

My room has a queen sized bed, a closet with hangers, A/C, and a desk. Utilities and Wifi are included in the price. The apartment has one full sized bathroom, a full kitchen and a living area with a couch. The best thing about the apartment is its location in the neighborhood, as it's really close to the C train and a lot of shops, bars and a restaurants. It's about a fifteen minute walk to Herbert Von King park and the public pool so there's lots to do in the summer.
