Hey y'all!

My roommate recently moved out with her girlfriend so we're looking for someone to sublet the last one-two months of her lease and then sign on to the new lease at the end of June!!

The apartment is on the third floor of an old building but the apartment itself is super cozy and charming.

There's a huge laundromat just down the block and we only pay wifi and electricity (gas, water, and heat are included). There's no central AC but my roommate is selling her window AC for $100. It definitely gets the job done! :)

I am a super chill, very clean roommate. I love waking up to a clean kitchen/clean space but also understand that life is hard sometimes. I like using a chore chart to keep up with cleaning and really appreciate direct communication from anyone that I live with.

I'm a night owl for sure but I'll be careful not to make too much noise at night (I do like getting my midnight snack in the kitchen...) I love to cook and bake and to share too!

I live in Bushwick, 5 mins away from the Knickerbocker M and 10 from the Myrtle-Wyckoff L or Dekalb L.

There are hardwood floors and LOTS of light in the room i'm renting out, which also includes a fireplace. The room can fit a full or queen bed, a desk, a bookcase, and has a sizeable closet.

I have a beautiful baby boy cat who is very very sweet. I'm also 420 friendly (I smoke plenty of weed but always air it out so the apt always smells good :)

I like to have friends over at least once a week, and have them sleepover every once in a while and am totally down to have your friends stay too!

I'm looking for someone who is respectful, chill, and kind. <3

I am not a neatfreak but I definitely like to keep things clean. I love to wake up to a clean kitchen so I'll always do my dishes before bed. Big cleans every month and spot cleans weekly!

I work in tech during the day (WFH most days) and I'm a musician on the side but I always work on my music with headphones on.
