I am looking for someone (25+) to take my room in a 3bed 1bath apartment from July 1st until September 15th.

You get your own balcony + a shared roof with an amazing view of the NYC skyline. The furniture stays for you to use and I can also provide sheets, pillows and comforter- you only need to bring your suitcases! The apartment is located on the 4th floor and there's no elevator but the stairs are easy to get use to. Free laundry in the building.
