This charming ~600 sq ft one-bedroom apartment is just half a block from Travers Park and the 34th Ave Open Street, making it a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The neighborhood has everything you need close by, and is just about a 30-minute train ride to midtown.
The 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment features a spacious living room area, a compact yet well-equipped kitchen, and a generously sized bedroom with two large wardrobes and a small closet. Hardwood floors throughout. It can be furnished or not, you decide!

I am an elementary school teacher. I'm originally from Massachusetts, but I have lived in NY for 18 years now, 9 of those in Jackson Heights. I own the apartment and have been lucky enough to work just 4 blocks away, but I'm planning to sublet so that I can teach abroad for a year.
