I'm renting out the Jr ADU that's attached to my house. This is a cozy furnished unit that has all you need for a short stay including: separate bathroom, fridge, kitchen, utensils, small dining table, heater and air conditioning. Only thing it does not have is laundry. You will have a separate entrance with a smart lock.

This space, although separate with a separate entrance, is attached to my house, so I'm looking for quiet and respectful individuals who are not noisy.
