Desk space / Workshop in North Dumbo / Brooklyn Navy Yards.
3rd Floor lots of natural light and great river / city views.

8'x4' desk space with desk, chair and shelving unit (we can provide or you can bring your own).

The desk is in a 4 person separate desk area closed off from the workshop. 2 people are only there part time.

We have a water cooler, fridge and microwave.

The fabrication shop has different areas for wood working, upholstery, metal work and fiberglass or paint.

$750 for the desk space and occasional tool use. If you want more regular shop access this can be negotiated.
