Spacious, centrally located & charming 1920’s apartment in the heart of West Hollywood by The Grove shopping center.

Dates: April 29 - May 8

Living room features cozy fireplace, dining nook, & desk right next to the large arched windows. Wifi + smart projector in the living room has Netflix/HBO/Hulu/Prime accounts. Alexa echo dots installed around the apartment to stream music/news, etc.

Fully stocked kitchen features black & white checkered floor, Nutribullet blender + coffee grinder & French press for coffee, gas range & an eat-in counter.

Down the hall you’ll find the adorable green, black & white tiled bathroom as well as the tranquil & spacious bedroom.

Bedroom features an extremely comfy, brand-new Saatva queen-sized mattress with fluffy duvet, oversized pillows, and blackout curtains. There’s also an extra desk/makeup vanity as well as full-length mirror.

Quiet neighborhood. Extremely central location: Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, & all the wonderful shopping & holiday flair right next door at The Grove & Farmer’s Market. Tons of great restaurants on W 3rd St: Mercado, Bacari, Little Door, etc. as well as Sweetgreen, Bluestone Lane, & Mendocino Farms.

Hollywood & Runyon Canyon hike about 10 minutes away. Most neighborhoods are about 20-30 minute drive. Santa Monica/Venice is about 30 minutes (off peak).

My kitty Lavender is an extremely sweet, cuddly, soft & easy going. She just likes to have company! She sleeps most of the day but loves to play in the morning & evening. She will be happy for some pets, “brushies” & cuddles.

Note: a refundable $500 security deposit is required as well as a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100.
