Looking for someone to enjoy my beautiful, fully furnished Brentwood studio this summer from June through mid-September 2025!

This rare gem is 1,000 square feet of comfort and charm, thoughtfully designed and filled with everything you could possibly need. The apartment features:

A full kitchen with all appliances, cookware, and utensils

A dining area and work desk setup

A queen-size bed and deep, cozy couch perfect for lounging or guests

There’s plenty of natural airflow and ventilation, and although there’s no A/C, I’ve comfortably lived here through LA summers with no issue at all.

The building is quiet, nestled in Brentwood—a walkable, beautiful neighborhood with easy access to shops, cafes, trails, and everything West LA has to offer.

Rent: $2,600/month
Dates: June–Mid September
Pets not allowed.
