My roomates and I are looking for someone to take our lease in our four-bedroom apartment from July 1st. It is located just a 15-minute walk from Central Park and a 2-minute walk to the 6 train, which connects to the main attractions in Manhattan. Rent is 3,100 monthly with services—supermarket and laundromat across the street.
